I was into this rock 'n' roll band, the Cars, and it felt like my world was getting bigger. But then there was this other music going on, too, and it's what my sister, Shelly, was listening to. She started to notice this interest in music that I had. She was always listening to stuff and making mix tapes and she sat me down with ''Rich Girl.'' I loved it. Instantly.
